Our mission is to transfer innovative technologies from the lab to industry. To achieve this our scientists collaborate with partners who want to use such new manufacturing technologies in their production and who want to commercialize the results of the collaboration in their next generation of products.
There are numerous ways how industrial partners can collaborate with our experts in the Coating Competence Center. Beyond different cooperation models, we are also looking for strategic partnerships.
We are used to work with partners from industry and have seen many success stories of fruitful cooperation where our lab results were successfully transferred into a commercial product or a new production process.
Our technology transfer team is taking care of all the legal aspects of such collaborations with industrial partners. In this context, it is key for us to find a mutual upfront agreement with our partners regarding the use of existing and new intellectual property.
