An average of around 200 students work at Empa, whether it be in a several-week long internship during their studies or within the scope of their Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis projects. Although the majority of “our” students are enrolled at the two ETHs in Zurich and Lausanne, Swiss universities also “send” their students to Empa for the practical part of their final theses.
